Welcome to Tipsta! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Tipsta app ("App") and website ("Website"), owned and operated by Natalia Parab ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using Tipsta, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App or Website.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using Tipsta, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms apply to all users of the App and Website.

2. Use of the App

You may use Tipsta for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You agree not to engage in any activity that: Violates any laws or regulations. Harms the App, Website, or other users. Attempts to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App or Website. Users must be at least 12+ years old to use Tipsta.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating an account. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. User-Generated Content

Tipsta allows you to share content, such as recommendations, reviews, and wish lists ("User Content").

  • By uploading User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and share this content to operate and promote Tipsta.

  • You retain ownership of your User Content but are responsible for ensuring it does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

5. Privacy

We value your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using Tipsta, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Third-Party Links and Services

Tipsta may integrate with third-party services, such as the Google Places API, to enhance your experience.

We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party websites or services.

7. Intellectual Property 

All trademarks, logos, and content within Tipsta are owned by us or licensed to us. You may not copy, distribute, or use Tipsta’s intellectual property without prior written consent.

8. Data Analytics and Tracking

We use third-party data analytics tools to better understand how users interact with our application. These tools help us analyze user behavior, identify areas for improvement, and optimize our app's performance.

 

When you use Tipsta, these analytics tools may collect information such as:

  • User interactions (e.g., taps, clicks, swipes).

  • Device and browser information (e.g., operating system, screen resolution).

This data is used solely for the purpose of improving our app’s user experience and performance. We do not share this data with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes. 9. Objectionable Content and Reporting

Users can report any objectionable content by connecting with our support team. Upon receiving a report, the support team will review the issue, remove the content, and, if necessary, take appropriate action against the offending user within 24 hours.

10. Limitation of Liability 

Tipsta is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Tipsta, to the extent permitted by law

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Tipsta at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your rights to use Tipsta will immediately cease.

12. Modifications to Terms 

We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated to users via email or app notifications. Continued use of Tipsta after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dubai.
